Unified Talks: Regulating our Emotions

Unified Talks is back for 2022! This month, we’re exploring the theme of Wellness. Minh and Olivia from Kentridge High School in Kent, Washington join us to talk about the Zones of Regulation. Using this tool, we can figure out what’s causing our emotions. Minh and Olivia also share tips for regulating our emotions and bringing ourselves back to balance.
