Unified Talks: Creating Healthy Attitudes

This episode of Unified Talks is all about healthy and unhealthy attitudes. Zach and Logan from Kentridge High School in Washington are here to show us that health is more than just physical. Health includes mental and social well-being. Zach and Logan share tips for keeping a positive attitude to help us live our healthiest life.

The World Health Organization defines health as “a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity. The enjoyment of the highest attainable standard of health is one of the fundamental rights of every human being without distinction of race, religion, political belief, economic or social condition.” Learn more at https://www.who.int/about/governance/constitution
