Tristan’s Moment

“Tristan has done track, and he has done football. He has done theater and choir. The one thing he keeps going back to is Special Olympics.”

Tristan’s path to inclusion began at home. He was inspired by his Uncle Chris, who showed him how Special Olympics empowers individuals with intellectual disabilities. At school, Tristan carries that spirit forward through Special Olympics Unified Sports®, where he’s discovered how inclusive competition can transform both athletes and communities.
