Inclusion Weekly: National Banner Presentation

In the final episode of “Inclusion Weekly”, we rejoin the members of the Colorado State University College Club. They explain how to become a National Banner School. A National Banner School is one that has met the ten standards of excellence set by Special Olympics. When a school meets those standards, they hold a celebration of accomplishments called a presentation. The presentations can vary from half-time recognition to a whole-school assembly. National Banner Schools walk away with a banner that they can hang proudly. This is a reminder for the student body to continue to make their school more inclusive.
